We’re excited to announce our 2026 session dates and registration timeline!
Summer Camp 2025 was an amazing experience, with record-breaking interest, attendance, and camper satisfaction. And we can’t wait to welcome your camper back for another unforgettable summer next year!
All Summer Camp sessions in 2026 remain the same length (full sessions are 24 days, Rookie sessions are 7 days, Combo sessions are 15 days).
Rookie sessions now occur before Combo sessions.

Important Reminders
- Registration is available during your assigned window, or any time thereafter.
- Space is limited, and sessions frequently reach capacity. Register promptly when your window opens to have the best opportunity to secure a spot at camp and avoid the waitlist! Should your first-choice session be full, we strongly encourage you to explore alternative session options.
- International applicants receive a 20% discount.
In addition to Oded, we are introducing a secondary leadership program for rising 12th graders: Gesher. As its name implies, Gesher (bridge) represents a transition between being a camper and giving back to the community as a staff member.

Payment Policies
Deposits
- A $250 deposit is required for every camper.
- Deposits are charged to the credit card on file.
- If you have a credit from 2025, you may apply your credit towards the deposit. If you are still due a balance after the deposit, we will apply the remainder towards your tuition. We will contact you to confirm this transaction.
- Credit from 2025 is only valid for Summer Camp 2026, after which it will expire.
- Families interested in applying for Financial Aid will still need to pay a $250 deposit per camper.
- A deposit will be collected when adding your camper to a waitlist. Should your child not be accepted into the program, the deposit paid will be refunded in full.
Final Payment
- Final payment must be received no later than May 1, 2026.
- Payment plan options are available – see below.
Payment Plans
Families registering online have three payment options:
- Pay in full at time of registration by credit card.
- Pay in full by check within 7 days of registration.
- Pay in three equal installments beginning on the 15th of the month in which you register. Should you register after the 15th of the month, your payment plan will begin the following month.
If none of these options work for your family, please contact us for assistance.
Cancellations
- All cancellations and changes must be made in writing.
- The $250 deposit is fully refundable until January 15, 2026. Deposits are non-refundable after January 15, 2026.
- If an applicant signs up for camp after the deposit is non-refundable, the applicant will have 30 days to obtain a full refund following the application date.
- Families can receive a full refund, minus the deposit for cancellations made before March 5, 2026. Cancellations made after March 5 will result in a loss of 50% of the total camp fee.
- All fees are non-refundable for cancellations made after May 1, 2026.
- Families who apply for camp after May 1, 2026 will have ten business days to pay their balance in full. A $250 deposit will be required upon registering. Deposits paid after May 1, 2026 are non-refundable.
- Exceptions may be available for medical or family emergencies.
- Camp Solomon Schechter reserves the right to dismiss a camper without a refund because of his or her refusal to adhere to the rules and policies outlined in the Parent Handbook.
Returned Payments & Refunds
- Refunds will be returned to your card on file. If you require a refund via check, please contact us.
- All checks and bank drafts returned for insufficient funds will incur a $25 fee assessed on your account.
- If you are awaiting a refund, please do not dispute the charge with your cardholder. Payments that are disputed in error will incur a $50 fee assessed on your account.
- Any carry-over credit is only good for up to one year.
