Create an EndowmentEndowments are funds held in perpetuity. The annual interest generated from these funds is used to support projects designated by the donor. Endowments provide Camp Solomon Schechter with stability and security and help to guarantee our future.
A Camp Solomon Schechter Endowment Fund can be opened with a $5,000 minimum contribution, payable over three years. Any contribution less than $5000 will be directed toward camper scholarship and program operations. By establishing an Endowment Fund, you are enabling Camp Solomon Schechter to provide the very best in Jewish camping for our children and you are offering future generations of Jewish children the opportunity to be a part of our family.

Legacy: Give a Planned Gift
By giving a planned gift, you are leaving your legacy at Camp Solomon Schechter.
Letting us know of your intentions does not create any obligation on your part, but it does help us to be better aware of your particular interests and will allow us to keep you informed of developments at Schechter which may be relevant to your planned gift. Recognition of your gift may also inspire generosity in others.
Planned gifts include bequests, income agreements, annuities, insurance policies, and pooled income funds. These options offer tremendous financial and tax advantages to the donor.
Giving Through Your Will
By bequeathing a gift to CSS through your will, you retain the full use of your assets to provide for today’s needs and future expenses. Through your will, you make certain that CSS is remembered - exactly how you decide during your lifetime.
Your will is an opportunity for you to possibly make a more significant gift in the future than you may be able to make today. Your bequest can be your final statement about what you believe to be important and worthwhile, such as the programs at CSS.
